Click a button twice and the plow will automatically for to that direction on its own (the motor runs for a few seconds) and you do not have to hold the button down. For example, if the plow is full right, and you want to go full left, double tap the left arrow and the plow will go full left by itself. The same for Raise or Lower.

IF the plow will not go down, support it with a floor jack, and raise it slightly to take the weight off the Lift Arm. there will be pressure behind the A Valve when you remove it, so be ready for a little burp of oil to come out. Remove the A Coil, then remove the A Valve using a 7/8" deep socket or wrench. Go slow to allow any pressure to relieve itself. Install new A Valve, reinstall Coil. what would cause my e60 plow pump cap to crack - Pump pressure set too high, or trying to lift the plow when coming into a pile. ALWAYS let the plow ride up the pile on its own. When you try to lift, you can load the cylider with pressure, and when the plow does ride up the pile on its own, the Lift Ram shoots up and cracks the cap. It is a snow plow, not a dozer or backhoe. You cannot "lift" snow with it. It is not bucket, there is no bottom.

meyers snow plow air lock - Not really possible. The only way I have EVER seen it happen is if the PA Rams and hoses are drained completely, and yo utry to use the hydraulic unit to fill them. Otherwise air works its way back to the tank, and out the vent plug.
